University Guidance

Personalized Student Guidance At Kilittaşı & Keystone, through our university counseling service, we enable our students to make informed decisions about their academic and professional futures. Students meet one-on-one with our guidance counselor to set their goals, understand university application processes, and research admission requirements. Group work is designed to suit each academic level and aims to meet students' needs.

Comprehensive Support From 9th grade onwards, students are provided with guidance to discover their academic strengths, interests, and career aspirations. Our counselor informs, guides, and supports students throughout the international university application process. During this process, assistance is provided in giving feedback on students' essays and articles, filling out application forms, and gathering necessary documents such as transcripts and letters of recommendation.

Guidance at Every Stage Our counselor provides students with information about application requirements, tracks their processes, and offers support in academic course planning and preparation for standardized tests. This support covers exams such as SAT, ACT, AP, TIL-TOLC, and IELTS/TOEFL, ensuring that students are prepared for every stage.

Comprehensive Resources and University Connections In addition to providing current resources about universities, internship programs, and careers, we create opportunities for students to connect with higher education institutions. We organize university fairs, university trips, and host university admission officers. These events enable students to learn about different institutions and departments, explore various fields, and establish valuable connections.

Family and Teacher Involvement We place great importance on the collaboration of families and teachers in the counseling process. Through information meetings, presentations, and one-on-one meetings, we ensure the formation of a supportive network for students in their application processes.

Confidentiality and Program Evaluation All counseling sessions and personal information shared by students are kept strictly confidential. The effectiveness of our counseling program is regularly evaluated through surveys, student and parent feedback, and by monitoring student achievements.
